Nestling on a hillside, surrounded by almonds, olives and vines, the mellow stone of the winery  reflects the golden light of the sun. The winery was built in two phases in 1991 and 2005 and is a wonderful combination of the traditional and modern. There is a reception area, huge stainless steel vats and an automated cooling system plus natural rock caves that are used for maturing and ageing the wines perfectly.
